Pandemic Pregnancy – what do I do and who do I look to for support?
Hello everyone
Nobody planned on a pandemic pregnancy. For those of you looking for some additional support during your pregnancy or once your little one arrives, it’s useful to have a trusted list that you can check at a glance. These are strange times and during the pandemic many classes have moved online or stopped altogether.
Here are some of the people that I know personally and recommend in my classes.
As usual, please check all of these before leaving the house. Here’s a useful guide to what’s on locally to help you through your pandemic pregnancy and meet other mums-to-be or for new parents. Grow your support network and your friendship circle too.
