Many people wrongfully think that Hypnobirthing is only for vaginal birth, but the techniques that you will learn in our courses can make a difference, however your little one enters the world.
For this reason, we have developed our Hypnobirthing for Caesarean Birth course.
Whether you have always been planning for an elective caesarean or your birth plan has changed suddenly, late in your pregnancy. If you are struggling to imagine how you can make this a positive experience, then our Hypnobirthing for Caesarean Birth course is for you.
Taught across 2 evenings from 7:30pm-9:45pm or across one weekend day (with a break for lunch). The course is usually taught privately, from your home so you feel comfortable and relaxed.
The course looks at the logic behind Hypnobirthing and how it works. We focus on simple techniques to help you maintain calm in the lead up to your baby’s birth and throughout. How to apply these techniques during your abdominal birth is looked at in detail.
We recommend your birth partner attends these sessions with you, so that they can support you fully and have a deep understanding of the techniques.
You will receive relaxation MP3’s, course handouts and ongoing support via email, text or messenger throughout your journey.
