These Group Hypnobirthing classes cover the complete Hypnobirthing antenatal course. Offering a wealth of information and birthing tools.
In addition, the group classes also offer the chance to meet other pregnant couples in your area. A chance to build an essential support network, once your baby arrives.
Courses will typically run across 10 hours, which can be split across 4 weekday evenings from 7:30-9:45pm. Alternatively, across 2 weekend days, running from 10am-3:30pm.
